our guests. Gallagher's, a contemporary designed restaurant with a traditional focus on hospitality, combines both innovative modern
dishes with more traditional fare.
Our area is renowned for the freshness of its fish, meat and vegetables, possessing that extra flavour you would expect to
find from home grown food. Continuing the focus on quality and flavour, where possible, organic produce is used.
